MONTGOMERY, TX — GodcasterU is an ongoing live training and collaboration initiative from Godcaster.fm and podcasting pioneer Adam Curry designed to help stations, ministries, and publishers better understand modern digital audio strategy, audience engagement, attribution, and connected listener experiences.
Used regularly by Godcaster partners as a collaborative learning environment, the upcoming Session 4 is being opened to a limited number of stations and publishers that are not yet part of the platform.
The sessions combine practical platform education, real-world case studies, live demonstrations, and open discussion around topics including livestreaming, podcast publishing, mobile apps, audience attribution, listener sharing, connected-car listening, and measurable engagement.
“This grew naturally out of conversations we were already having with our stations and publishers,” said Gordon Marcy, Managing Partner of Godcaster.fm. “Organizations are trying to understand how podcasts, livestreams, mobile apps, sharing, support, and attribution fit together in today’s digital environment. GodcasterU became a place where we could walk through those ideas together in a practical way.”
The upcoming session will include live walkthroughs of the Godcaster Dashboard, including players, streams, statistics, inserts, sharing tools, and support features. Additional discussions will cover digital station strategy, mobile app deployment, branding approaches, audience engagement, and examples from ministry and broadcast organizations already implementing connected digital workflows.
Participants will also receive a practical “10 Things Every Digital Station Should Do This Month” session focused on improving digital visibility, listener retention, and audience connection.
Rather than functioning as a traditional webinar or sales presentation, GodcasterU is designed to encourage collaboration, education, implementation ideas, and open dialogue around the future of ministry media and listener-owned digital distribution.
The session concludes with “Ask Adam Anything,” an open conversation covering podcasting, radio, digital distribution, audience ownership, and the future of ministry media.
