SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

for Godcaster

By creating an account or completing checkout, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms with Capstone eMedia Group LLC (d/b/a Godcaster) (“Godcaster”).

1. Billing & Payments

Godcaster provides access to its digital broadcast platform, including the Godcaster Player and associated features, on a monthly subscription basis.

Your subscription begins on the date of signup and is billed in advance. Your first payment is due immediately upon signup.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.

2. Service Commitment

Godcaster will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable, high-quality service. However, Godcaster does not warrant that the software or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of defects.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

You retain ownership of your content. By using Godcaster, you grant Godcaster a limited, non-exclusive right to reference your use of the platform—including logos, screenshots, or excerpts—for presentation, demonstration, or marketing purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godcaster, its suppliers, and affiliated third parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of—or inability to use—the services, regardless of legal theory.

5. Software Version Control

Godcaster uses industry-standard source control and software lifecycle management tools. Godcaster retains full discretion over versioning, updates, feature releases, and system architecture.

6. Resolution of Claims & Disputes

This agreement shall be deemed made and performed in Houston, Texas, and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation. Any arbitration award may be entered as judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Terms of Service & Use

By subscribing to Godcaster, you also agree to the Godcaster Terms of Service & Use, available at Terms of Service

8. Acceptance

By completing signup, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization and agree to be bound by these terms.
